    Sublimation can only be used with light colored materials that are 100% polyester, poly coated or at least 65 polyester blends which will have a more vintage look, dye sublimation will not work with dark colors such as black, navy, purple, dark gray.... These transfers can also be used for tumbler wraps

    Sublimation does not print white ink, if you have white in your design it will be transparent.  If you need white in your design, select custom film transfer instead.

    FILE REQUIREMENTS 

    -Accepted file type(s): PDF, PNG, SVG, JPG,
    -Color Format: RGB
    -File Size / Resolution:300 d.p.i preferred
    -Do not mirror / reverse your images. (We do that for you.)
    *If imaging 'non-mirror' substrates (cutting boards, glass tile, etc), let us know please*

    APPLICATION PROCESS

    For 100% polyester garments, this is usually around 385°-400°F and 45-60 seconds at medium pressure. When the machine reaches temperature, pre-press your T-shirt to smooth out any wrinkles and eliminate any moisture.

     

    Heat press is recommended to achieve the amount of pressure needed for the transfers!!

    DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions

    1. Set Heat Press: Preheat to 325°F with medium-firm pressure.
    2. Pre-Press Garment: Press for 5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.
    3. Position Transfer: Place the transfer design-side down on the garment.
    4. Press Transfer: Press for 15 seconds at 325°F.
    5. Peel Film: Let the transfer cool completely (cold peel) before removing the film.
    6. Final Press (Optional): Cover with parchment paper and press for 5–10 seconds for a smooth finish.

    You're done!

    DTF Transfer Care Instructions

    1. Wait 24 hours before washing.
    2. Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
    3. Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softeners).
    4. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
    5. Do not iron directly on the design.
    6. Avoid high heat or dry cleaning.

    Image Requirements
    - We recommend images to be in PNG format. At least 300 DPI
